Session Packages

For those who feel called to a more consistent and supported process, session packages offer a deeper container for integration and transformation.

Each session is between approximately 75 -90 minutes in lenght.

Single Session

$140 CAD

If you’re feeling curious about this work, a single session is a beautiful way to experience it for yourself. It offers a gentle opportunity to explore what you’re navigating and receive personalized support through somatic, nervous system-based, and integrative healing practices.

There is no long-term commitment—just a space to connect, slow down, and see how this approach may support you in your current season of life.

3 Session Package

$400 CAD

This three-session package offers a supportive space to begin exploring your inner world in a more sustained way. Over the course of our sessions, we gently work with your nervous system, emotions, and embodied experience to support regulation, awareness, and meaningful change over time.

This container allows for deeper continuity, giving your system space to integrate and build on each session in a way that one-off support may not always allow.

5 Session Package

$650 CAD

This five-session package offers a more supported and continuous container for deeper therapeutic exploration and integration. Over time, we work with your nervous system, emotional patterns, and embodied experience to support regulation, awareness, and sustainable change.

This length of container allows space for deeper unfolding and integration between sessions, helping to reinforce shifts and support your system in building greater resilience and stability over time.
